1.) 2+ years of high-ticket sales closing. (ideally selling coaching programs)

2.) Easy to get along with and build trust quickly.

3.) Strong ability to CLOSE, driven by a desire to help.

4.) Top performer with high conversion stats.

5.) Growth Mindset with a desire to learn and improve.

6.) Attention to detail and solid follow through.

7.) Understands and reads people well.

8.) Genuine and authentic.

9.) Wants to make a lot of money and get paid on performance.

What the position offers:

1. Fully remote position

2. Some degree of flexibility. Important to be available during core hours but can block off personal time as needed and appropriate

3. Up to 15% commission on closes

4. $8,000 - $20,000+ monthly earning potential
